How it differs from the type answer
- Matter over Thread; requires a Thread border router and a Matter controller.
- Controls the fan's motor and light separately: individual control of fan speed and bulb dim level.
- Works with AC motors only; DC motors are not supported.
- Inovelli says your platform must support individual fan and light control, naming Apple Home, SmartThings, Hubitat and Home Assistant.
