The Dreame NAVO Smart Lock E10 is a Matter over Thread retrofit smart lock that motorizes an existing door lock, with AI fingerprint, NFC card, passcode and physical key entry. Dreame's German and global product pages say it works with Matter and connects to Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings; the CSA certified it February 24, 2026 as Matter 1.4 with certificate CSA2610XMAT50737-24. MatterCheck's door_lock type matrix lists all seven platforms as pairing Yes, though Google Home control and Alexa/Google automation actions are Partial.

Dreame NAVO E10 Uses Matter over Thread; CSA Certified February 24, 2026

Dreame's product pages say the lock is built on Matter over Thread and name Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings as Matter ecosystems. The CSA-IOT product page, published July 20, 2026, lists transport interfaces as Thread and Bluetooth, firmware version V1.1, hardware version V4, and Matter specification version 1.4. The CSA record lists product ID 38145 (vendor ID 5420), and the primary device type is door lock. MatterCheck's SKU record describes it as a Thread device that needs a Thread border router plus a Matter controller. Dreame Global's page separately advertises built-in Wi-Fi for remote control, while the CSA page lists only Thread and Bluetooth as certified transport interfaces. See MatterCheck's Thread vs Wi-Fi guide and Thread border router guide.

Dreame NAVO E10 Platform-by-Platform Matrix

These are MatterCheck's type-level matrix answers for the door_lock device type, not product-specific tests for the Dreame NAVO Smart Lock E10.

Google HomeYesPartialYesPartial
Amazon AlexaYesYesYesPartial

Dreame's own product pages specifically name Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings. The type-level matrix also lists Yes for Home Assistant, Homey and Hubitat, but Dreame's pages do not mention those three, so product-specific behavior for the E10 on those platforms is not confirmed by the sources reviewed.

Dreame NAVO E10 Across the Seven Platforms

Across the seven platforms, all rows are Yes for pairing and Yes for starting automations. Control is Yes for Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, SmartThings, Home Assistant, Homey and Hubitat; Google Home is Partial. As an automation action, door locks are Yes for Apple Home, SmartThings, Home Assistant, Homey and Hubitat, but Partial for Amazon Alexa and Google Home. Dreame's pages list only Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings in their Matter sentence, and no product-specific E10 platform report beyond the type matrix appears in the provided sources. Check MatterCheck's check page or compare page before choosing a controller.

Dreame NAVO E10 Setup, Installation and Reported Specs

The CSA DCL record gives the only lock-side commissioning steps: press and hold the reset button until you hear 'beep-beep', then press the lock icon key on the keypad to start pairing. The reviewed Dreame pages do not publish Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa or SmartThings menu names, and there is no Dreame-specific "not working" troubleshooting page in these sources. For Matter pairing failures, start with the controller requirements in MatterCheck's device not pairing guide. CSA's product page says the Dreame NAVO Smart Lock E10 motorizes your existing lock for keyless access with no drilling or modifications needed.

Dreame NAVO E10: Buy If, Skip If

  • Buy if you want a Matter over Thread retrofit lock with fingerprint, NFC card, PIN and physical key backup, and you already have a Thread border router plus a Matter controller named by Dreame: Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, or SmartThings.
  • Buy if you want a motorized add-on lock without drilling your door, based on CSA's product page.
  • Skip if you need product-specific confirmation for Home Assistant, Homey or Hubitat; Dreame's pages do not name those platforms and the E10 has no product-specific platform review in these sources.
  • Skip if you expect complete Google Home control or full Alexa/Google automation actions; the door_lock type matrix marks those as Partial for this device type.
