Platforms for temp/humidity follow type matrix; pressure not via standard Matter Pressure Measurement.

How it differs from the type answer
- Outdoor / weather-station form factor with on-device display — vs indoor-only temp_humidity cells.
- Barometric pressure is Eve proprietary cluster only — NOT tagged also_device_types pressure_sensor (existing exclusion stands).
- Earlier Matter 1.1 cert CSA23B64MAT41675-24 superseded in retail path by Matter 1.3 CSA251CEMAT45344-24.
