Product notes
SwitchBot: direct Matter on fw V2.2+, or bridged via Hub 2/Hub Mini Matter. Google supports the Air Purifier type with Fan Control in the Home app (Tweakers 2025-03-03: speed slider snaps 5/50/100%). Apple Home over direct Matter shows on/off and 1-100% speed (HomeKits.de 2025-03-21) and works as an automation action (9to5Mac 2025-05-30). SmartThings: fan mode and speed after fw V2.5 (owner 2025-11-09). HA: Works with Home Assistant certified (2025-06-26); some owners hit attestation pairing failures (2025-10/11).
Merged the duplicate CSA import record switchbot-switchbot-air-purifier (DCL model 5015/2033 added to sources).
How it differs from the type answer
- Apple Home: on/off and speed over direct Matter; built-in air-quality reading only while running.
- Google: fan speed in Home app (snaps to 5/50/100%), not via voice/Smart Display.
- Two onboarding paths (direct vs bridged) yield different exposure; bridged can be on/off only.
